Case study – Wilmslow Animal Sanctuary

The client: Wilmslow Animal Sanctuary

Industry sector: Animal Charity

The brief: The charity relied purely on donations and needed a way to raise awareness in order to survive. A video gave them reach and improved engagements through their website and social media channels.

Duration: 4 weeks

Wilmslow Animal Sanctuary looks after animals that no longer have loving homes. It has a huge social media following and relies on it for advertising the establishment and also the cats it desperately needs to re-home. The charity, based in a lovely country setting takes advantage of the wide open spaces which it uses for its horses, pigs, chickens, ducks and housing for rabbits and cats looking for a home.

The video produced by Fireseed Films reflects the setting and shows the caring nature of the charity. The aim being to attract visitors and people looking to provide a home to one of the beautiful cats that they currently look after.

The client said:

“We had the pleasure of spending time with Rebekah from Fireseed Films over two days in December. We had a lovely time filming with the animals, capturing the essence of daily life here at the sanctuary and getting some fantastic shots. We think the result is beautiful film which we can take out and about and use to really show what we do here.
On behalf of all here I would like to thank you.”
